Ryan Ross

Ryan Ross

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Ryan played at Bishop Ludden during one of the strongest stretches in the program's history — four straight trips to the section's finals and titles in 2006 and 2007. He went on to play Division II baseball on scholarship at The College of Saint Rose in the Northeast-10 Conference.

Ryan holds an undergraduate degree from Bentley University and an MBA from Babson College. He serves as Vice President of Marblehead Youth Baseball and coached the 9U MYB Summer Travel Team.

Development Club Teams

Shipyard Ball Club Development Teams are built on quality over quantity — an elite development approach with fewer games and more reps. Rather than a traditional club schedule packed with tournaments, our model prioritizes practice time, instruction, athletic development, and skill-building over game volume, giving players more touches and more coaching per hour on the field. Competition still plays an important role in that model, and we aim to compete at a high level when we do. Shipyard is designed to complement, not compete with, local town baseball, allowing players to pursue advanced development while preserving the traditions, community, and culture that make town baseball special.
